Admission Process & Procedures

To be eligible for admission to an MBBS or equivalent program (AB-MD, BS-MD, or MD Physician) abroad, a student must fulfill the following requirements:

• NEET Qualification: Must have a valid NEET qualified result for the current year or any of the previous two years.
• Academic Performance:
  • General Category: Minimum 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in 12th standard.
  • Reserved Category: Minimum 40% in PCB.

To initiate your application for admission to any Medical University abroad, follow the steps outlined below. We assist with admissions for MBBS / AB-MD / BS-MD / MD Physician courses; all equivalent to MBBS in India.

Once you have selected your desired university and country, proceed with submitting the application for process.

Step 2: Submit Initial Documents (Scanned Copies in Color)

• Duly filled Application Form
• Aadhaar Card
• Valid Passport (Photo and Address Page)- if available
• 10th Marks Certificate
• 12th Marks Certificate
• NEET Result (current or past two years)
• NEET Roll Number (current year)

Once we receive these documents, we will obtain an Admission Letter from the university of your choice.

Step 3: Submit Original Documents

Upon receiving your admission letter, send the following original documents via Speed Post, reliable courier, or deliver them personally:

• Duly filled Application Form
• Aadhaar Card
• Valid Passport (Photo and Address Page)
• NEET Result or relevant proof
• 10th & 12th Marks Certificates
• Government-issued Date of Birth Certificate
• 15 recent passport-sized photographs (4.5 x 4 cm, white background, matt finish, 75% face visible)
• For Timor-Leste:
• 20 Nos. Recent Passport Size Photo with Red Background (80% Face, Matt finish)
• 10 Nos. Recent Passport Size Photo with White Background (80% Face, Matt finish)
• Affidavit of Financial Support (format provided on request); must be signed by the sponsor (preferably parents)
• Bank Statement:
• For Ukraine: Original 6-month bank statement of sponsor/self with minimum balance of ₹4 to ₹4.5 lakhs, stamped and signed by Bank Manager.
• Philippines: Original 6-month bank statement of sponsor/self with minimum balance of 3 lakhs, stamped and signed by Bank Manager.
• Graduation Documents (if applying based on graduation):
• All three years’ mark sheets
• University degree certificate
• Gap Certificate (if 12th was completed in a previous year): Any valid proof - such as coaching institute ID, bonafide certificate, or entrance exam admit cards.

Apply for PCC after receiving your passport through the Passport Seva Portal:

Steps to Apply:

• Register on the Passport Seva Portal.
• Login using your credentials.
• Click "Apply for Police Clearance Certificate".
• Fill in the required details and submit.
• Schedule an appointment online.
• Make the mandatory online payment via:
• Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard/Visa)
• SBI Internet Banking
• SBI Bank Challan
• Print the application receipt (with ARN/Appointment Number).
• Visit the Passport Seva Kendra with original documents.

Note: Only emergency/medical cases may walk in without an appointment at the discretion of the Passport Officer.
