Admission Process & Procedures

Eligibility
  • Student must have NEET qualified result for the current year or previous 2 years
  • The student must have minimum 50% in PCB or 40% incase of reserved category.
Admission Application Process & Procedures
  • Welcome dear Aspiring Doctors,
    To start the process of your application for admission in any Medical University Abroad for MBBS or AB-MD or BS-MD or MD Physician Course (all equivalent to MBBS in India).
    You are required to: - Email to or contact@AdmissionAdvisor.org WhatsApp to +91 9999155591 or +91 9999155501.
Following documents:-
  • Colour Aadhar Card
  • Scanned Colour Marks certificate of 10th class.
  • Scanned Colour Marks certificate 12th class.
  • Scanned Colour NEET Result for previous 2 years or current year or NEET Roll Number of current year or copy of NEET Application submission receipt of current year.
  • On receipt of the scanned copy of Admission Letter from the institution you are required to send us the following ORIGINAL documents through Speed Post
    or a reliable Courier or in person by hand:-

  • Application form duly filled
  • Aadhar Card
  • Valid passport (address page & Photo Page immediately when available with you) NEET Result for previous 2 years or current year or NEET Roll Number of current year or copy of NEET Application submission receipt of current year.
  • Marks certificate of 10th class.
  • Marks certificate of 12th class.
  • Date of Birth certificate issued by the government authorities.
  • 15 Color photographs (size 4.5 X4cms white background 75% face on matt paper).
  • Affidavit of Financial Support - to be signed by the person in whose name is account, HE/SHE can only be father / mother / student. (Format will be provided on demand)
  • Bank Statement for Students going to Ukraine – at the time of applying for visa you are requested to submit a bank statement of Father or Mother or self in Original for last 6 months with balance of Minimum Rs 4 to 4.5 Lacs, ensure all pages of bank statement are duly stamped & signed by the Bank Manager.
  • Bank Statement for Students going to Philippines - at the time of applying for visa you are requested to submit a bank statement of Father or Mother or self in Original for last 6 months with balance of Minimum Rs 3 Lacs, ensure all pages of bank statement are duly stamped & signed by the Bank Manager.
  • Marks sheets of Graduate for all 3 years course (for students seeking admission on the basis of Graduation).
  • Degree of Graduation from the university (for students seeking admission on the basis of Graduation).
  • Students going to Philippines – PCC; Police Clearance Certificate from your Passport Office (Procedures for getting PCC have been explained on this page only).
  • NOTE: If a student has passed his/her 12th class a year or more before, please submit documents for the gap period. This gap certificate or document can be anything like entrance examination admit card, any I/D card issued by any coaching institution, a bonafide certificate from coaching institute on its letterhead or any other document proving NEET preparations.
FOR STUDENTS GOING TO PHILIPPINES
  • Apply for Police Clearance Certificate for Philippines after Issue of Passport from the Passport website, details are given below, after getting Police Clearance we can apply for the Visa
YOU WILL CHOOSE THE UNIVERSITY AND COUNTRY OF YOUR CHOICE AND SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR SUBMISSION
Step 1 Register through the Passport Seva Portal (Click on "Register" link under the Online Application Filling section on the Home Page).
Step 2 Login to the Passport Seva Portal with the User ID created in Step 1.
Step 3 Click "Apply for Police Clearance Certificate" link
Step 4 Fill in the requried Details and submit .
Step 5 Click the " Schedule Appointment" link on the "View Saved / Submitted Applications" screen to schedule an appointment.
Online Payment has been made mandatory for booking appointments at all Passport Seva Kendras.
Online Payment can be made using any one of the following methods :
Credit/Debit Card ( MasterCard & Visa )
Internet Banking ( State Bank of India (SBI)and Associate Banks Only)
SBI Bank Challan
Step 6 Click the "Print Application Reciept" link to print the application receipt containing Application Reference Number (ARN)/Appointment Number.
Step 7 Visit the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) where appointment has been booked , along with the original documents .
Note: Only emergency /medical cases and pre-approved categories may visit Passport Seva Kendra without
appointment.Service will be provided at the discretion of Passport Seva Kendra in-charge /Passport
Officer.
Minor applicants below 4 years of age need to carry a recent coloured passprot size ( 4.5 x 3.5 cm)
photograph with a white background while visiting Passport Sewa Kendra. Other applicants need not
carry any photograph as photograph will be captured at the Passport Seva Kendra .
Resubmission of applicants form is required, in case applicants does not visit the Passport Seva
Kendra within 90 days from the online form submission.
